Six jobs, off your plate
Everyone has AI writing posts now. What actually moves a park up the map is doing all six of these consistently, for months, without missing weeks.
We optimize your park's Google Business Profile
Most park profiles are half filled out. We finish yours. Every site type and amenity listed as its own service, every attribute Google offers turned on, and photos, posts, and offers going out on a schedule instead of whenever you remember. You don't need to know anything about SEO. That's what you're paying us for.
More Google reviews, without asking for them
Reviews are the difference between the park that gets tapped and the one that gets scrolled past. Guests get asked after their stay by text or email, and asked again if they forget. When a review lands, we write the reply. You get a QR code for the office counter too, for the guests who'd rather scan than click.
Your park posts everywhere, without you posting
Google watches whether your park looks active online, and a dead Facebook page works against you. Every post we write for your Google profile also goes out to Facebook and Instagram, built around your season and what's actually happening at your park. One piece of work, published everywhere guests are looking.
Show up when guests ask ChatGPT where to camp
Trip planning is moving. People type "quiet RV park two hours from Dallas" into ChatGPT and take whatever comes back. Those answers get built from your Google profile, your reviews, and the code behind your website, all of which we handle. We check your park's standing in ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity every month and show you where you sit.
Videos of your park, made from photos you already have
YouTube is the second-biggest search engine there is, and almost no park is on it. We build short videos out of the photos you send us and publish them to your channel and your Google profile. Both link back to your park, which is part of how Google decides you're the real thing.
Your park's information, correct everywhere it appears
Your park is listed on dozens of directories and data sites, and some of them still show the number from two owners ago. Google cross-checks those listings before it decides whether to trust you, and so do ChatGPT and Gemini. We push your correct information out to 62 of them, keep it in sync, and clean up the duplicates.
52 weeks is the hard part
Any single thing on this list takes about 15 minutes. Doing all of them every week, through peak season and through the off-season, is a job.
Doing it yourself
Posts go up when you remember, which isn't often
Twenty photos uploaded at once, then nothing for six months
You ask for a review only when a guest is standing at the counter
Bad reviews sit unanswered for weeks
Your phone number is wrong on directories you forgot existed
No idea where you actually rank
Amenities half filled in from whenever you set the profile up
Google changes your hours and you find out from a guest
Nothing gets published all winter
Every hour on this is an hour off the property

01.
Do I have to do anything after setup?
01.
Only the two things we can't do for you. Snap photos around the park. Ask guests to leave feedback. We take it from there. Every week you get a short update on what we did and how your profile is doing.
02.
Does this connect to my reservation system?
02.
Honest answer: it depends on what you're running. Some systems can pass along a guest's email after checkout, which means review requests go out on their own. Plenty can't, and that's fine. Your front desk fills out a quick form instead, or guests scan the QR code at the counter. Either way your reservations stay where they are.
03.
Do I need to know anything about SEO?
03.
No. We handle the profile work, local listings, content, and technical details that help Google understand and trust your park.
04.
How do guests get asked for a review?
04.
Three ways, depending on your park. If your reservation system can pass us a guest's email or phone, it runs completely hands-off. If it can't, we set up a form your front desk fills out at checkout, which takes about ten seconds. And either way you get a QR code for the office counter that a guest can scan on their own. We figure out which one fits during setup.
05.
How long before I see movement?
05.
Local visibility builds over time. You’ll receive a monthly ranking heatmap so you can see where your park is gaining ground.
06.
What about the off-season?
06.
The service adapts with your calendar. Your content and visibility work continue with the season your park is actually in.
