1. Information we collect

Anything you send us through a web form, by email, by text message, or during a call
Billing information, which is handled by our payment processor and never stored on our systems
Information we collect automatically
IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device type

Publicly available business information
When you request a Ranking Snapshot, and in some cases before you contact us, we collect publicly available information about your park from Google, Google Maps, online directories, and review platforms. This includes business names, addresses, phone numbers, ratings, review counts, and public review content. This is information anyone can see, and we use it to prepare the report.
2. Cookies and tracking
Google Analytics 4. Provided by Google LLC. Tells us which pages get viewed, how long people stay, and where visitors come from. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Meta Pixel. Provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Measures the performance of Facebook and Instagram advertising and lets us show ads to people who have visited the site. Manage your preferences in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
Microsoft Clarity. Provided by Microsoft Corporation. Records anonymized session replays and heatmaps showing clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, so we can see where visitors get stuck. Clarity masks text typed into form fields by default. See https://privacy.microsoft.com.
Google Ads conversion tracking. Records that you arrived from an ad and completed an action such as submitting a form.
Functional cookies. Set by our website platform to keep the site working.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them may break parts of the site. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals, since no common standard exists, but we do honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it.
